Suez Canal Transit Agency
The Suez Canal may be one of the world’s most established shipping routes, but every transit remains an individual operation. Timing, documentation, Suez Canal Authority requirements, financial arrangements and unexpected operational requirements all need to come together before the vessel arrives. WUSA manages the process from initial nomination through to completion of transit, providing owners and operators with a dedicated local point of contact throughout. Our services include: • Pre-arrival documentation and transit preparation • Suez Canal Authority coordination • Northbound and southbound transit arrangements • PDA preparation and funding coordination • FDA and disbursement management • Vessel arrival and ETA monitoring • Operational reporting and client updates • Coordination of additional services during the vessel’s passage • Support with exceptional or non-routine requirements

Owner's Agency
Your interests represented locally. When different parties are involved in a port call, the interests of the vessel owner can easily become just one part of a much larger operation. WUSA can act independently as Owner’s Agent, providing the owner with its own experienced representative on the ground in Egypt. Working alongside the nominated or charterer’s agent where necessary, we protect the owner’s operational and commercial interests and provide an independent line of communication directly from the port. Our role can include: • Independent representation of the owner’s interests • Monitoring port and cargo operations • Liaison with the nominated agent and local authorities • Crew change coordination • Cash to Master • Spares and stores delivery • Surveyor and superintendent arrangements • Medical assistance • Technical attendance • Documentation support • Cost monitoring • Operational updates and independent reporting • Assistance with unexpected operational issues For an owner thousands of miles from the vessel, information is valuable - but independent information is considerably more valuable.

Crew Change
Crew changes involve far more than getting somebody from an airport to a ship. Flights, immigration requirements, documentation, transportation, vessel schedules and authority approvals all have to align - often within a narrow operational window. WUSA coordinates the complete process for both on-signers and off-signers. Our services include: • On-signing and off-signing arrangements • Immigration and authority formalities • Airport meet-and-assist • Airport, hotel and vessel transportation • Hotel accommodation where required • Launch and vessel transfer arrangements • Visa and documentation assistance • Medical assistance where required • Flight and itinerary coordination • Continuous updates to owners and managers Our objective is to make the crew change almost invisible to the wider operation.

Bunkering
For vessels approaching or transiting Egypt, bunkering can represent both an operational requirement and an opportunity. WUSA provides local coordination and agency support for bunker operations, acting as the interface between vessel, supplier, authorities and other parties involved in the delivery. Our team can assist with: • Bunker enquiries • Supplier coordination • Local price and availability enquiries • Delivery scheduling • Port and authority arrangements • Barge coordination • Vessel/supplier communications • Documentation • Operational supervision • Delivery progress reporting • Coordination alongside Suez Canal transit or port call Where bunkering is combined with a Suez Canal transit, our objective is particularly clear: use the vessel’s passage through Egypt intelligently rather than creating unnecessary additional operations.

Husbandry Services
One contact for everything else. Ships rarely arrive with only one requirement. A crew member needs medical attention. A spare needs to reach the vessel. A superintendent needs transportation. Documents need collecting. Stores need supplying. Individually, these may be relatively small requirements. Operationally, they can quickly become disproportionately large problems. WUSA provides a comprehensive husbandry service designed to give owners and managers one local contact for the vessel’s requirements in Egypt. Services include: • Ship spares delivery • Stores and provisions • Fresh water • Crew transportation • Hotel accommodation • Medical and dental assistance • Cash to Master • Courier and document services • Surveyor attendance • Superintendent and technician attendance • Launch services • Waste disposal • Local purchasing and sourcing • Repairs and technical assistance coordination • Other vessel-specific requirements Instead of an owner or manager trying to coordinate multiple suppliers and local contacts remotely, WUSA takes responsibility for bringing those requirements together.

Parcels & Ship Deliveries
From shore to ship, and ship to shore. Getting a parcel to a vessel is rarely as simple as sending it to an address. Vessels move, schedules change, and access is controlled. Customs procedures apply, and the person sending an urgent package from Rotterdam, Singapore or Tokyo shouldn’t need to understand the mechanics of getting it through Egypt and onto a ship. WUSA provides a dedicated parcel handling and ship delivery service, receiving items in Egypt and coordinating their onward movement to vessels transiting the Suez Canal or calling at Egyptian ports. We can also arrange the reverse - collecting items from vessels and coordinating their onward dispatch. Our services include: • Receipt and handling of international courier shipments • Ship spares and small component deliveries • Documents and certificates • Samples and other vessel-related consignments • Customs clearance coordination where required • Collection from airports, couriers and local suppliers • Secure temporary handling prior to delivery • Delivery to vessels • Launch coordination where required • Collection of parcels and documents from vessels • International courier dispatch • Tracking and progress updates • Coordination with vessel ETA and transit schedules For vessels transiting the Suez Canal, timing is particularly important. Our operations team coordinates delivery against the vessel’s latest ETA and operational programme, providing the sender with a local point of contact from receipt through to final delivery.
